What Makes RUDY Burgers Unique?

RUDY has earned a reputation for serving classic, no-nonsense smash burgers that nail the perfect texture: an ultra-crispy, caramelized edge paired with a juicy, tender center. Instead of overcomplicating things, they focus on a simple, high-quality, from-scratch menu.

RUDY Burger Kingston: Downtown Location

Located right in the heart of downtown at 263 Princess St., RUDY sits in a prime location just down the street from Ghost Taco and directly across from Lululemon. What’s on the RUDY Restaurant Menu with Prices?

We had a chance to sneak peek the menu ahead of the grand opening, and we’re happy to share a breakdown of what we sampled and our thoughts on these delicious options.

Here’s what we tried:

The Burgers

The Big Rudy (Ordered "Tattooed"): This is their signature double cheeseburger, and ordering it "tattooed" is code for adding thick, crispy bacon. The combination of smoky bacon, cheese, and signature Rudy sauce makes this an absolute must-order.

The Rudy Burger (Customized): The classic single cheeseburger is amazing on its own, but you can also fully customize your build. We added grilled onions and extra pickles to ours, which brought a perfect hit of sweet, savoury, and tangy crunch to every bite.

The Valentino Chicken Burger: If you are not in the mood for beef, this chicken burger is a great alternative. It features a perfectly seasoned, crispy chicken breast that’s incredibly juicy with coleslaw and RUDY’s signature Valentino sauce.

Sides, Drinks & Desserts

Pickle Chips: Looking for something unique and fun to try? These crispy, golden pickle chips are a standout, paired with their legendary Valentino sauce. The serving size is massive, making them the ultimate side dish for sharing with a group.

Fries: Cooked traditionally in beef tallow, they’re thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Mexican Coke: For a fun beverage upgrade, grab a Mexican Coke. Served in a classic glass bottle, it’s made with real cane sugar, giving it that crisp, distinct, and refreshing taste that pairs perfectly with a burger.

Classic Milkshakes: Thick, creamy, and delicious. We tried the strawberry and chocolate shakes, and both tasted like pure nostalgia (they also offer a classic vanilla).

The Rudy Burger Meal with Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding: The pudding is light, creamy, and loaded with slices of real, fresh banana, topped with a layer of crushed graham crackers.

The Fudge Brownie: Rich, dense, and fudgy, this decadent dessert comes packed with melty chocolate chunks.
